McDonald's will pay $ 7.5 million collective moral damages Autor: Espaço Vital

Instead of a "journey Mobile" in which the employee performs some work hours in the morning, others in the afternoon and the other night, preventing the scheduling of other activity during the day, the restaurant will adopt the same rules as other businesses in Brazil.
According to the prosecutor Ramos, the network used the same employment contract in the world, but now no longer use in Brazil. "There was importing a worldwide practice, the idea that the company instilled was that it was a good thing, prevailed national sovereignty," he said.
The rest of the contracts (10% will be set until December. Arcos Dorados also pledged to create interval during working hours, overtime pay, record point and allow workers to bring food from home.
