Will the presidential sanction the companion bill approved yesterday by the House of Representatives granting retirement differently to people with disabilities. With the new law, people with disabilities have different rules from those of other taxpayers. Instead of 65 years for men and 60 for women, the minimum age for retirement of them will be 60 and 55 respectively. In both cases, you must have a minimum of 15 years of contribution. The severity of the disability will determine the date on which it is possible to retire uptime.
If the deficiency is severe, men can quit the job after 25 years on active duty and women after 20. If moderated, they retire with 29 years of contribution and they, with 24. And, if it is light, the males have retirement with 33 years of work and female, with 28. According to the standard, experts from the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) will evaluate each case.
