Judges SP can request certificates electronically Autor: Revista Consultor Jurídico
Since last April 25, all the judges of the state of São Paulo can do searches and requests for certificates of births, marriages, deaths, emancipation, interdiction and absences electronically with the Central Intelligence Civil Registry of the state of São Paulo (CRC). The release of the new feature was published in the Official Gazette of the TJ-SP.
With the new system, judges will expedite the completion of information for faster processes and instruct their processes, replacing the process of applying for documents by publication in the Official Gazette or measures of bailiffs.
19 Provision established by the Comptroller General of Justice of the state of São Paulo, the Center administered by the Association of Registrars of Natural People of the State of São Paulo (ARPEN-SP), has been available at the address https://sistema.arpensp. org.br / crcjud, electronic access to all the judges, through digital certification.
The CRC developed by ARPEN-SP covers all records performed by the 836 Civil Registry Offices of the State of São Paulo and obeys the schedule stipulated by CGJ-SP to pay up the database, already counting all records issued since the year 2005, a total of more than 14 million information available for queries and requests for certificates court.
