The Chairman of the Bankruptcy and Reorganization of OAB / RS , Dr. Fabricio Scalzilli was last November 05 in the Legislative Assembly in audience with Mr Marcio Biolchi ( photo attached ) , to discuss a bill that enables companies Reorganization can piecemeal tax debts state in 180 times , in accordance with the rules laid down in federal installments , as the Refis program .
