Brazilian businessmen in the hospitality sector will present 10 projects for foreign investment in North America Hotel Investment Conference ( NAHIC ) in Chicago , USA .
The projects include the construction of resorts , hotels and farms in the cities of Recife , Curitiba , São Paulo , Belo Horizonte , Salvador and Itajaí . In its fifth year, the conference promotes and disseminates investment opportunities in hospitality .
" The World Cup attracts the eyes of the international community . It is time to search for investments in tourism , " said Secretary National Tourism Development Program , Fábio Mota , who will attend the conference .
Brazilian and foreign entrepreneurs , representatives of banks and hotel operators participating in the event , 20-22 November at the Hyatt Regency Chicago - Magnificent Mile Hotel . Before the days 18:19 , Brazilian entrepreneurs have projects to investors in New York.
Through the Department of Finance and Investment Promotion in Tourism , the Ministry of Tourism encourages private investment in the hospitality sector .
" This promotion takes place with the participation or seminars , trade fairs , conferences and meetings focusing on attracting investment ," said Mota .
In Brazil , the main event for the attraction of tourism investment in hospitality is the Brazilian Hotel Investment Conference ( BHIC ) , held since 1998 , in São Paulo .
