The Judgment of Santa Maria decreed the unavailability of goods from the four partner-owners of the nightclub Kiss and Holy Entertainment Company Ltd.. ME (brand name of the establishment), in Santa Maria. The request for an injunction, on an emergency basis, was made in the late afternoon yesterday (28/1) by the Public Defender of Rio Grande do Sul and granted by the judge on duty the Forum of Santa Maria, Afif Neto Jorge Simões.
The goal is to ensure the reserve assets of the defendant and its future owners in compensation to victims and family after fire that killed more than 230 people on the night of 27/1.
According to the magistrate, the decision involves real property, automobiles, bank accounts and CNPJ company represented by partners Angela Callegaro, Marlene Terezinha Callegaro, Mauro Londero Hoffmann and Elissandro Callegaro Spohr.
