A new bill approved by the Assembly remains of Rio Grande do Sul, waiting only the sanction of the governor Genro. It is a law that obliges clubs and spas to have lifeguards steadily. The law meets the need of bathers, behold, in 2012, there were 173 deaths in inland waters against just offshore.

The hired professionals will be trained by the Military Police, or authorized by this school, in that it will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of the measure, and that the breach will lead to imposition of fines and, for repeat offenses, the revocation of working register.
